Since we began, our organization has provided a wide variety of
special needs populations with all-inclusive affordable housing. We are committed to providing our clients with clean, safe all inclusive living arrangements that cannot be found elsewhere.
We partner with numerous local and state non-profits as well as governmental entities in order to best meet the needs of our community, and provide a customizable approach to best suit the needs of our residents.
Unlike most providers that have a check-list of requirements, we
prefer to take a holistic approach. Most of our clients typically originate via a shared referral source. Often times this could be a doctor, nurse, case worker, social worker or even another clients’ family. We interview all potential residents, and try to get to know them (and where applicable, their care team) ahead of time. Then, we offer spaces to new residents based on where we believe they would fit best, be the most comfortable, and try to help set them up for success, and happiness. All residents do have to have physical possession of a state ID and their debit cards for rent payment. All residents must also have a source of income at all times that equals 1.5x their rent amount with us. If they do not have a stable source of income, they must be 62+ and qualify for Early Social Security Retirement, or be 65+ and qualify for Full Social Security Retirement. All of other cases are evaluated on a case by case basis. We are often times able to accept people who have relatives paying their rent for them, or organization paying their rent, and these cases are also evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Call to discuss your/your client’s situation further and see if we’d be a good fit!
Our mission and philosophy stems from four key components: Respect Empathy, Self-Learning and Pride Of Ownership. We personally believe that housing is a universal necessity that creates positive change for all of humanity. With housing and the above key-tenets, we believe that we can impact change and help our residents better their lives. Our mission is simply to improve the lives of our clients through affordable, all-inclusive housing environments which are centered around respect, empathy, self-learning and pride of ownership.
We provide a wide variety of special needs housing options. Some of these include, but are not limited to:
