Rent terms are flexible and affordable with Unity House Shared Living. Our rent terms are always set and customized to meet our tenant’s pay schedules for when they receive their income. Be it once a month, once every other, week, once a week or something else entirely, we have a rent payment plan that will fit your needs. We also automate the process using our online app through our approved payment vendor. When you move in with us, we will help you setup your account, and then it’s as simple as tapping a few buttons on your phone and our secure vendor will process your payment, immediately issue you a receipt, and record your payment to your ledger on our end. Our vendor even offers an option where they will report your rent payments as a large payment to the credit bureaus to help you boost your credit for a small additional monthly fee.
